Meet Rachel

I would be honored to take this wonderful journey of growth with you.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Auburn University in 2014 and a Master of Education in Counselor Education from the University of Virginia in 2016. For the past 7 years, I have worked as an elementary school counselor, where I have worked closely with students, parents, and teachers- navigating a range of social, emotional, and mental health scenarios.

My approach to counseling is rooted in empathy, respect, and a belief in your inherent strengths and resilience. I provide a space where you can freely express your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. Whether you're struggling with relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, or any other life challenge, I am here to support you every step of the way.

I invite you to take a bold step for support by contacting me. Together, we can explore your goals, uncover underlying patterns, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles. You have the ability to make tomorrow brighter and bolder. It would be an honor to be part of your journey and empower you to live a more fulfilling and balanced life.

I love to learn and read. Both personal and professional development are extremely important to me. I completed additional training in the Seeing My Time approach to support executive functions and received certification as an online executive function specialist. Supporting executive function and social-emotional skills is a passion of mine.
