Meet Rachel
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming.
I’m a Chattanooga therapist who helps children, teens, and parents build confidence, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen family connections. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Auburn University and a Master’s in Counselor Education from the University of Virginia.
For seven years, I worked as an elementary school counselor, supporting students, parents, and teachers through anxiety, behavior challenges, and emotional stress. My approach is warm, respectful, and strengths-based. I create a safe space where clients can express themselves freely, understand their patterns, and develop tools for lasting change.
I’m trained in the Seeing My Time executive function approach and certified as an online executive function specialist. Supporting executive function and social-emotional growth is central to my work, helping clients feel capable, calm, and connected at home and school.
My Chattanooga office was designed to help you slow down, breathe, and feel safe. Whether you’re here for child therapy, parent support, or both, you’ll find a space where growth and connection can take root.
