Connections Chattanooga

Welcome!

Are you a parent of a child who is struggling emotionally or behaviorally?
Are you a first-time mom trying to figure out which way is up?
Do you want to set better boundaries?
Develop better coping skills?
Change negative patterns?

I am so glad you are here!

I am a counselor, empowerment coach, public speaker, mom, avid reader, outdoor enthusiast, amateur baker, and traveler. My passion is working with parents of young children and children ages 6+. I belive that every person is unique and that the best way to help is by building a relationship built on trust, respect, acceptance, and empathy.

I work with children who are struggling with attention, focus, executive function, and anxiety to develop skills to improve their overall well-being so that they can thrive.

I empower first-time moms to navigate PPD/PPA and adjustment challenges so that they can adapt to the life shift of motherhood and learn to thrive in their new role.

I work with parents of young children who want to unravel the intricacies and complexities of parenthood.
